- Q. How do I know when the Balfour International representative is going to visit our school ?
- A. Our Sales Representative will distribute Posters to your school prior to any scheduled visits
The Posters will display the Dates, Times & location of the visits

- Q. My Class Ring Order form is incomplete, what do I do ?
- A. Please complete the Top section of the Class Ring Order form with your First Name, Last Name, Home Address, School Name, and provide a Email address and Phone number so that we can contact you.
If the Phone number is too long to fit in the boxes, put more than 1 number in each box (remember to include the Country code).
Step 1
Enter your Finger Size for your Ring (Traditionally, the third finger on your right hand. Please indicate Left or Right hand)
Enter your Graduation Year Date
All other information to complete Step 1 can be found in the Class Ring Catalog.
Step 2
All the information to complete Step 2 can be found in the Class Ring Catalog.
Step 3
For a Custom country ring side, just write the 'country' (eg. 'Germany') in the Side 2 description.
The Year Date will automatically appear above it (this is taken from 'Graduation Year').
All other information to complete Step 3 can be found in the Class Ring Catalog.
Step 4
All the information to complete Step 4 can be found in the Class Ring Catalog.
We would appreciate all attempts to complete the form with as much information as possible before contacting the Sales Representative.
- Q. How do I order one of the Custom country sides shown on the front of the Class Rings Price List ?
- A. For a Custom country ring side, just write your 'country' (eg. 'Germany') in the Side 2 description in Step 3.

- Q. I missed the Balfour International representative, How do I order ?
- A. We accept Class Ring and Letter Jacket order forms by Fax or Post ALL year.

NOTE: High School Graduation Announcements can only be accepted before the announcement deadline, otherwise you should only use the 'High School Graduation **Late Order** form' available on our downloads page or at your school office.
- Q. I am not sure what the +44 prefix means before your telephone number, what do I dial ?
- A. See our International Sales office information.
- Q. Can I make my transaction On-line ?
- A. You can order your Custom Class Ring on-line via www.balfour.com
Letter Jackets and Announcement Order forms
require a copy of the authorising signature with credit card details.
This is not yet possible on-line.
Therefore, the above Order forms must be submitted by Hand, Fax or Post, similar to a payment by Cheque.
- Q. I graduated but did not order a Class Ring / Letter Jacket. Can I place an order ?
- A. Yes
We can make a Custom Class Ring or Letter Jacket from any past Graduation date.
